Our purpose, as established in 1978,
was then and is still to:

• Identify and satisfy unmet youth needs,

• Provide professional guidance designed to promote harmonious family & interpersonal relationships and healthy development,

• Arrange for and provide counseling,

• Educate, encourage and aid the community to recognize its responsibility and role in the alleviation and solution of social problems involving youth,

• Provide activities and services to youth to aid in their personal growth.
