MEMORIAL DAY  FAIR!
 

A great opportunity for your organization

to raise funds and awareness

 

 For the 4th year, the Lions Club will be hosting the Antiques Car Show & Fair on the grounds of the Lyme Art Academy on Memorial Day.  The Lions have asked LYSB to organize the "Community Area" of the Fair.

 

 

Here's the plan:

The Fair is from 9-3 on Memorial Day, Monday May 26th.

All booths need to be set up PRIOR to 9:00 a.m.  (but if you need to leave for the parade, that’s fine!)

bullet

NO stakes allowed in the ground due to the Academy's underground sprinkler system.  Therefore all tents, etc can not have stakes.

 We welcome kids who want to sell crafts, organize a game, or activity.

bullet

You must register with LYSB in advance and let us know what activity you have planned for your space.  No duplications will be allowed, therefore register early!

 Already planned are: Lions famous food booth (hamburgers, hot dogs, etc)... Moon Walk, face painting, popcorn.  And several organizations will be distributing information and having a display about their group.  Do you need ideas?  Call us!

You provide any equipment you need (tables, chairs, tent, electrical cords)
